Refunds and Cancellations

What you can buy

Every account gets 5 free Ask AI questions. After that, you can buy question packs:

• 10 questions for ₹99 (inclusive of all charges)
• 25 questions for ₹199 (inclusive of all charges)

Packs are a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you'll never be charged again automatically. Questions are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, and they don't expire.

When a question doesn't count

If Ask AI fails to produce an answer for a question, that question is returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds

• Charged but no questions added, or charged twice: we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
• Unused pack: if you haven't used any questions from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it.
• Questions that have already been answered can't be refunded, because the service has been delivered.

To ask for a refund, email support@whatsyourraashi.com from the address you sign in with, and include the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more.
